Senior Specialist – Market Operations System (GEMS)

KeyRole:

Performs the operational power trade functions for Electricity Market department.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct power trade activities in the Power Trade Department.
• Coordinate all power trade activities and scheduling with the ICC Operations, Member States and Exchange Members.
• Performs clearing and billing activities connected with Power Trade.
• Ensure adherence to power trade procedure by all parties and follow up on non-compliance.
• Monitors and conducts market analysis to identify availability of resources for power trade.
• Provide assistance to development of power trade agreements and market products.

Education:

Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or

Bachelor in Economics /  Finance / Commerce (with focus on energy markets)

• Conflict Management and Negotiation Skills.
• Time Management.
• Attention to Detail
