Job Description
- Develop the department yearly plan and budget
- Participate in the selection of Major Suppliers
- Supervise the evaluation of new and old suppliers with the bidding system
- Approve petty cash purchases
- Monitor and ensure application of Policies and Procedures for every subordinate unit
- Coordinate with streamline procurement processes
- Oversee coordination with finance for billing of vendors
- Work with the requesting departments to help them in their purchasing needs
- Oversee Supplier contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems
