This special training program is designed for high-potential graduates with a passion for electrical engineering, offering a unique opportunity to develop expertise through diverse assignments, rotations, and focused development plans.
About the Program:
Our Fresh Graduate Program aims to attract and retain top young talent from GCC countries, helping them reach the required level of experience and knowledge for specific roles within our organization. The program is tailored to prepare candidates for future positions that are either vacant, require successors, or are part of our workforce expansion strategy. Upon successful completion, candidates may be recruited for permanent roles.
Key Features of the Program Include:
- Customized Training Plans: Candidates will undergo comprehensive training designed to build their skills and knowledge for designated roles.
- Diverse Assignments: The program includes a variety of tasks and rotations to provide well-rounded experience.
- Performance Evaluations: Performance will be evaluated every six months, with potential salary adjustments for satisfactory progress.
- Potential for Permanent Employment: Upon successful completion and satisfactory performance, candidates may be offered permanent positions within GCCIA.
Eligibility Requirements:
- GCC nationals with a fresh degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Graduates from universities accredited by the Ministry of Education in their home country.
- Recent graduates (within the last 2 years) or those about to complete their studies.
- Minimum GPA of 2.5 out of 4 or 3.5 out of 5.
- Candidates must not exceed 30 years of age.
- Successful completion of a selection interview.
Program Conditions:
- Duration: 1 to 3 years, depending on the job requirements.
- Contractual Basis: Yearly contracts, renewable based on performance.
- Salary Adjustments: Performance-based increments ranging from 3% to 5%.

Skills
Technical Proficiency:
- Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles, theories, and concepts.
Knowledge of electrical systems, power generation, transmission, and distribution.
Familiarity with engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, ETAP).
Basic understanding of control systems, protection systems, and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.
Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
